A Noah Man
I am so thankful that my children have a Noah Man for a father. He moves with fear. Holy fear of the Lord as he prepares our ark for the salvation of our souls from the world. Just as the floating craft of Noah of old was in the world but not of the world, so my husband navigates a holy ship for our family through this evil world which is slated for final destruction. By his quiet and steadfast obedience to raise his children in the fear of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4) and to guide his wife so that she is presented to God as a spotless bride (Ephesians 5:25-27), the world is condemned. My husband moves with faith, the same faith as Noah of old. And like Noah, he is an heir of righteousness. Though he is not perfect (and who is?), I am so thankful that my husband is a Noah Man.
“By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.” Hebrews 11:7
